Proman Quality Control system

PROMAN aims to control the quality of all production processes. It starts with control of raw materials and semi-manufactured and finished products. The implementation of a proper policy of quality and process control leads to a decrease in total production costs. PROMAN Quality Control enables managers to analyze all the activities to accomplish each operation and the responsible person appointed for each activity. Inspections carried out by responsible persons for a particular product are recorded in the application and automatically assigned operations to be performed in these inspections.

Whenever there is suspicion of non-conformity or a question about quality, the manager may check the PROMAN system’s saved reports about control of materials used and its records about control of preparation for operations of production. With the option of traceability, the quality manager can learn what was inspected and tested until the moment of cause. Using the calibrations option the user registers all calibrations performed on equipment as well as who performed them when and using what equipment. It is also possible to see a history of calibrations performed. PROMAN Quality Control helps manage non-conformities and register them as well as the origins and causes of them. Undertake management costs for inspections and non-conformities, divide them by cost centers, and automatically integrate them into the company accounts. Using PROMAN Quality Control it is possible to define a technical quality control datasheet for a finished product with one or more quality rules (previously defined), which will record all the tests values. According to control of permissions on the technical datasheet of the product, workers responsible for quality control access certain parts of the datasheet.
